On February 27th, 2022, DoARC and UCAS held a joint in-person and virtual event from 3:00 – 5:30 pm. In-person participation of dance groups and others were permitted as per COVID-19 guidelines. It was a family friendly event featuring video clips, discussions and information regarding contribution of African-Canadians to Canada’s and Saskatchewan’s history.
Daughters of Africa Resources Center Sk. Inc. (DoARC) acknowledges that our services encompass lands covered by Treaties 2,4,5,6,8, and 10, the traditional lands of the Cree, Dakota, Lakota, Nakota and Saulteaux peoples, as well as the homeland of the Metis.
